We currently have an arrangement to work with CDS Cooperatives (www.cds.coop) as our partner in house building. They have a strong track record in building new homes and in mutual home ownership. CDS are already working with Gloucestershire Land for People Ltd to develop a large site with 50 permanently affordable homes in Stroud.

We are also seeking partnerships with other local developers who share our approach.
